We want you to feel confident when shopping at The Lelia. If an item doesn’t work out, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original packaging
- in resaleable condition
- free of damage not caused during shipping
Items not eligible for return include:
- worn or used products
- items without original packaging
- clearance or final‑sale items (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us at hello@thelelia.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you’d like to return
- photos if there is a defect or damage
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping Fee
We offer a flat $9.99 return shipping fee for all eligible returns.
- This fee covers the cost of the return label.
- The amount is deducted from your refund.
- Return shipping is free if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- contact us within 7 days
- include clear photos of the issue
We will cover all costs and provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship.
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned following the policy above.
