Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We fulfill orders in two ways:

1. Items shipped from our Los Angeles location

• Standard delivery: 5–7 days

2. Items shipped directly from our international suppliers

Some products are sourced from partners outside the United States.
For these items:

• Standard delivery: 10-12 days
• Carrier may vary depending on the supplier’s location (USPS, DHL eCommerce, etc.)

Each product page indicates whether an item ships locally or from our suppliers.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders over $100
• $9.99 flat rate for orders under $100

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, especially for items from international suppliers.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
