These run small. I'm usually a 5.5 but I ordered these in a 6 and they were too snug on me. I followed the return instructions by sending an email with my order number and reason for return. When I didn't get a response, I emailed again, and they ignored that one too. Then the deadline for return passed so I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit.

Everything is true. Theyre endlessly comfortable and cute. I think they only make the tapestry style, bc I got an email saying they’re out of the yellow ones. It still matches my dress but I have seen other reviews saying they had to switch to the tapestry shoe as well. One thing I will say is SIZE DOWN. I’m not sure what scale they are using but these were way over sized. I have a solid inch or two of room. I will be returning and getting a size down because they are super cute. Just too big!

I ordered these shoes for a wedding this weekend. I noticed it was taking a little longer than I expected to ship, so I reached out to the company to inquire about the status. I was told that the color was on backorder and was offered an alternative color. The alternative was even better than my original option. The company was extremely supportive and accommoding. The best customer service I have encountered in a very long time. The shoe are extremely confortable and very beautiful. I am ordering one of every color!!
